Hey everyone, Guess where I went to for March Break? The beautiful island of Barbados again! I truly cannot escape from that island because it is so beautiful. There are many reasons as to why I enjoyed this holiday so much. Making this compilation and going to Grantley Adams Airport for the 6th time now, was a major part of it! On Friday, March 11, 2016, I had the privilege of visiting Barbados' international airport to film some busy action landing and taking off. This time I wanted to do a few things different: A) try a new spotting place, and B) put every plane I caught into one mega 27-minute compilation. This was also the first time I used my new tripod. As you can see, I still need a bit more practice with the tripod but I am slowly making progress with it. I was at the airport be...
Hello everyone, Yet again, I visited Barbados for my winter holiday. As usual, it was a fantastic holiday and plane spotting at Grantley Adams Airport made it that much better. On the afternoon of Sunday February 26, I decided to go film some tourists arriving and departing the island between 2pm and 5pm. On this trip, I managed to catch the A320, A330, B757, B767, B777, B787, some amazing business jets and many more! After this video, I will upload a trip report of our flight to Barbados. For now, I leave you with 20 minutes of busy action at one of the busiest airports in the West Indies. Enjoy the video and do not forget to comment, rate and subscribe! _________________________________________________________________ FAQ: Airport: Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI/TBPB) Dat...

I was directly behind the Boing 757's right engine during take-off. I was lifting my feet towards the end because my legs were getting so sandblasted. I'm the skinny dork in the light blue shorts and swim goggles (which came in very handy).
This is MOST Boeing's generations of Aircraft from 727 to the 787....(sorry missing the 757) but includes the 747-800 ,787 and the C17 GlobeMaster. It was compiled over a few years of filming. There is an Airbus in there somewhere...
December 4th to the 6th 2016 - After Problems with the plane at Barbados we were kept in the dark as what was to happen next, after 6 hours in barbados airport without receiving food or drink although vouchers were issued We were then put onto a plane to Tenerife where we were told the crew would be changed & we would carry on out journey back to Glasgow. Four hours later & after being hearded like cattle from one holding area to another we were finally given food & drink and sent back to the plane. What should have been an 8 hour flight turned out to be nearly 24 hours of inconsistant information & being kept in the dark.
A few of the planes on the stand and arriving and departing from the stand at Barbados, Grantly Adams Intl. INCLUDES: Virgin Atlantic 747, Thomas Cook A330, Thomson (FCA) 767, Air Canada 767, American Airlines 757, JetBlue A320, Caribbean Airlines 737, US Airways A319 and BA 777. The Thomas Cook A330-243 was my plane home to London Gatwick. G-MDBD Not the greatest of videos, It was difficult to get a good view and also in a busy terminal its not easy to film. Check out my other videos from the holiday including the Take Off and Landing on my flight. And St. Maarten planespotting!! :D COMMENT, RATE, FAVOURITE, SHARE & SUBSCRIBE!!!
This is my first airport show case video. Feedback is always welcome! Grantley Adams International is the only airport on the Caribbean island country of Barbados. British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, Air Canada, JetBlue, and other airlines service the airport, which has one runway. The airport is also one of the many homes of Concorde. This airport is home to a British Airways Concorde. Another great afternoon for Plane Spotting @ Grantley Adams International airport. It was Errol Barrow Day here in Barbados The club open its doors to all members and visitors. We had 2 incidents minor incidents Avianca Pilots reports flock of Birds @ 300ft while on final, then Thomas Cook while taking-off Reports they had a Bat / Bats Strike both sides of the fuselage. This cause the runway to be shutdown for a couple mins while engineering investigated for debris or F.O.D as it is called. Other than that great evening for spotting.
